Full Biography:
Mike received a B.S.M.E. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1995 and a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1998. While at Fordham, Mike was a Writing and Research Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and a law intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge E. Thomas Boyle of the Eastern District of New York. Prior to joining Ryan, Mason and Lewis, Mike was associated with Cooper and Dunham in New York City, and was a member of F. Chau & Associates on Long Island. Mike’s primary areas of practice include patent prosecution, patent analysis and client counseling in connection with a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to semiconductor memories, display devices, computer software and mechanical devices. Mike also regularly handles trademark prosecution and proceedings, brand clearance and enforcement. Mike is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mike is a member of the New York and American Intellectual Property Law Associations.
