Full Biography:
Patrick received a B.S. degree, cum laude, in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008. Patrick’s undergraduate studies focused largely on materials engineering. Patrick received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2011, where he was a publications editor for the University at Buffalo Law Review and a member of the Buffalo Moot Court Board and the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal. Patrick is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Patrick practices primarily in the area of patent prosecution involving mechanical, electrical and computer-related technologies.
